CSI has been awarded accreditation from Alcumus SafeContractor for achieving excellence in health and safety in the workplace.

The company’s application for SafeContractor accreditation was driven by the need for a recognisable uniform standard across the business that demonstrates their commitment to safety whilst providing tailored high-quality storage solutions across a wide range of industries.

Having been awarded the SafeContractor accreditation provides the reassurance to our customers that all of our work is carried out by trained staff to industry standards and is completed following rigorous safety practices.”

In addition, the company are a BSI member achieving ISO9001 and hold accreditations with the Achilles program and JOSCAR, the accreditation system for the aerospace, defence and security sectors.

“Major organisations simply cannot afford to run the risk of employing contractors who are not able to prove that they have sound health and safety policies in place,” said Gemma Archibald, Director of Alcumus SafeContractor. She adds: “More companies need to understand the importance of adopting good risk management in the way that CSI has done. The firm’s high standard has set an example which hopefully will be followed by other companies within the sector.
